Wow. This book brings back lots of great memories. This excellent 128-page book was authored by Gary Gygax and ushered in the Advanced Dungeons and Dragons 1st Edition era. Although, for some reason, the Monster Manual was published first.

This is the first print to have the Jeff Easly wizard artwork on the cover.

Condition

This book is from the 9th print run and is the first to feature the wizard cover by Jeff Easley.

This book is in Good to almost very good condition. It is sturdy, and the binding is tight. The cover shows heavy scuffing, and the corners and edges are very worn. Most of the pages show moderate wear, light corner, and edge wear. There are a few stray pencil marks as well as notes in pencil on a few pages and one notation in ink. There are a number of discolored spots throughout and one page has a 1/4-inch tear. Otherwise, the pages are clean.  While it is not in collectible condition, it's a great playing copy!
