CB2 Conan Against Darkness TSR9124, Advanced Dungeons & Dragons 1st Edition Vintage Adventure Module Set in Robert E. Howard's Hyboria GD/VG

This fun 32-page adventure was published by TSR in 1984. Conan Against Darkness was authored by Ken Rolston and is set in Robert E. Howard's world of Hyboria. No doubt to capitalize on Arnold Schwarzenegger's Conan movies.

Being a HUGE Conan fan, I based a whole mini-campaign on this module and its predecessor, CB1 Conan Unchained! They have some interesting rules to recreate the low magic setting of Hyboria and still allow characters to thrive without any clerics to heal them.

Conan of Cimmeria

Thoth-Amon, the greatest living sorcerer of the Hyborian Age, threatens the peace of Aquilonia. His tragic mistake is that he threatens Conan also, for Conan is now King of this mighty land.

Conan and his companions, Pelias, Prospero, and Nzinga journey across the plains of Shem and Stygia to test their will and power against this wicked sorcerer. Battle with them to conquer the evil forces that endanger their land!

Condition

This module is in Good to Very Good condition. The cover is in Good condition showing overall moderate wear, heavy scuffing, rounded corners, edgewear, and the fold is fraying a little bit. The upper right-hand corner looks like it was folded. The maps are very clean. The adventure booklet is in Very Good condition. The staples are a little rusty, the corners and edges show light wear, and the cover pages are a bit scuffed. It shows a little edge wear. It is clean of writing, the pages are white, clean,  and hard to open because I don't think it was ever played. Overall, it is a great playing copy!
